Meet the Movers
We know thousands of you are training for our VitalityMove events this summer. Below are some people who will also be joining us at either Chatsworth or Windsor Great Park, and are blogging about their journey to the start line. Click on their pictures to find out more!
LOUISE HEGARTY is a parenting and lifestyle blogger with one daughter. She’s into health and fitness, loves active days out and has recently rediscovered her love of running. She keeps track of all her #LittleLoves (the simple, little things in life) and she’s a regular traveller. She’ll be coming along to VitalityMove Chatsworth on 9 July with her family.

PAUL STAINTHORPE is a fitness and parenting blogger who transformed from an unfit guy to a super fit dad after the birth of his first son. He loves football and tennis and has completed more than 50 parkruns, dedicating his time to motivating others to get fit. He loves to get fit with his family (his wife is MuthaFitness) and he’ll be bringing them along to VitalityMove Chatsworth on 9 July to take part in the Music Miles.

MIRKA MOORE is an award-nominated blogger and digital influencer offering tips on parenting, travel, style and fitness (she’s already completed a handful of marathons). She has two daughters who both love to travel and exercise with her. Mirka and her family will be at VitalityMove Windsor on 17 September.

EMMA FISHER blogs about her love of crafting, dogs, snowboarding… and being a WI president. She has recently finished chemotherapy treatment and is undergoing radiotherapy, while looking to get back on her feet and ease herself back into fitness. She’ll be at VitalityMove Chatsworth on 9 July with her friends and family.

LUCIE KERLEY is a photographer, social media consultant and lifestyle blogger (with a team of writers and editors behind her). She loves travel, fashion, food, coffee, cocktails and celebrating the creativity of others. Always travelling, Lucie went on an epic US roadtrip this year around the Deep South. She loves fitness and is using VitalityMove as an excuse to get back into running and will be documenting her training journey in the run up to taking part in VitalityMove Windsor on 17 September.

NATALIE RAY runs a family lifestyle blog documenting rural life with her two daughters, sharing everything from crafty ideas to family travel tips. Already a keen runner, she completed an ultra-marathon (with her dog!) last year and is always looking to beat her PB with shorter runs. She recently met Jessica Ennis-Hill at our training event, where her daughter gave Jess a few running tips. She’ll be at VitalityMove Windsor on 17 September.

EMILIE LOVAINE is a personal trainer and surfer, documenting her tips and travel updates on her blog. She’s also a sports model and music lover, who’s worked her way up from photography intern to social strategist and marketing mogul, and she’s getting married soon! She’ll be attending VitalityMove Windsor on 17 September.

LORNA NORTH is an adventure blogger, cyclist and marathon lover (she once cycled 220 miles in one day). Packed with inspiring stories, tips and kit reviews, her blog is a hub of inspiration and shows her dedication to making both running and cycling less intimidating and more accessible to women. She’ll be coming to VitalityMove Windsor on 17 September with her boyfriend and mum.

LUCY WHEELER is a fitness blogger, runner and full-time lawyer – with a sidekick collie called Gatsby. She balances her busy schedule with running her blog, covering health and fitness with adventures all over the globe. She champions #LivingInTheWeekend, turning the concept of living ‘for’ the weekend on its head. She will be bringing her family and friends to VitalityMove Chatsworth on 9 July, some of whom will be running their very first 10k.

BRIAN HOADLEY has been voted as one of the top 100 diabetic bloggers. He was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes nearly three years ago and runs social meet-ups for others with T1D in London, from Christmas drinks to picnics in the park. He’s looking to improve his fitness and wants to challenge himself this summer. He’ll be at VitalityMove Windsor on 17 September.

PAM LAKE is representing Diabetes UK – she was at high risk of developing it until last year when she decided to get fit. She took part in the charity’s 1 Million Step Challenge and has started her own local walking groups. She’ll be coming to VitalityMove Chatsworth on 9 July to walk as many Music Miles as she can.
